Belarc Advisor is a free tool that produces a multi-page report detailing your PC’s attributes. It will tell you your hard drive size and free space, how much RAM your computer has, what antivirus your computer has, the version of all of your drivers, and a lot of other really good data. Even if you don’t use the data yourself, its a HUGE help for your IT support person to know.
